I have worked in advertising, animation, and entertainment for 10 years, producing projects for Nintendo, Riot Games, and Comedy Central and working on films such as Warcraft, Avengers 2, and Inception (if you count summer jobs). In 2016, I founded The Cinema Floor, a boutique, nimble, turnkey studio where I conceptualized and directed campaigns for high-profile brands, specializing in IP-based content that combines my love of storytelling with a knack for achieving complex creative briefs. Most recently, I led animation on Emmy Winning and NAACP Image Award-winning children’s show “Tab Time”.

Internal PSA + Hook Up Your Parents Campaign

Working with two different Netflix teams— Internal and Marketing— I conceptualized and produced two inward and outward-facing spots. On the internal spot for Netflix Inc. about NDAs, “See Something, Say Nothing,” I wrote, produced, and served as the head of post-production and on-set VFX supervisor.
“Hook Up You Parents” was a Mother’s and Father’s Day social media, comedy-first campaign that centered around the idea of kids giving their parents a Netflix subscription.

My first gig as a designer and copywriter (something that at the time was uncommon), these were the first spots where I got to use my comedic voice, marrying it into a dynamic visual language, with production and photography helmed by Dirty Robber.
My favorite campaign I have worked on, is this AdCouncil PSA for the United Nation’s High Commission on Refugees. I concepted, wrote, and produced the digital l campaign that was shot in real-time and asked participants to pack their most important belongings in 5 minutes into a single bag, and then explain their decisions to the camera.

This is my favorite campaign I ever worked on - a message that meant a great deal to me that we spent a lot of time planning and shot in real-time. It was a lighting-in-a-bottle experience.

Gushers - “Er Ma Gush”

Conceptualized, produced, and shot the “Er Ma Gush” social media campaign that became a surprise viral hit and then evolved into the Richard Sherman-led campaign. After this initial success, we followed up the spot with several behind-the-scenes social media posts.

Developed a pitch for an adult animated show based on the Scythe IP board game for Lionsgate. Using the art of Jakub Rozalski, I rigged, animated, and supervised post-production on teasers and designed the pitch deck.
